Job Type: Full-Time

• Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain project details, offers, and investment opportunities.
• Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Skills Required:Excellent communication in Marathi and Hindi.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
• Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
• Qualification:HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior telecalling or real estate experience will be an advantage.
• Salary:₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience & Performance)

Work Location: Baner, Pune

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
