Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers using provided property data lists.
  • Pitch ongoing real estate projects, explaining location benefits, pricing, configurations, and amenities.
  • Screen and qualify leads by finding out the customer's budget, preferred location, and timeline.
  • Fix site visit appointments or meetings for field sales executives and property advisors.
  • Follow up regularly with warm leads to nurture interest and build client rapport.
  • Update client records and interaction notes accurately in the company CRM software. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
