Job Title: Technical support & process Automation 

Location: Kedar Empire, Karve Nagar, Kothrud, Pune

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Executive for Back Office operations who has technical knowledge and experience in processes and CRM systems such as Zoho. The ideal candidate should also have an interest in building small automation tools and improving internal work processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle back office technical operations

Work on CRM systems (Zoho preferred)

Develop and improve internal processes

Assist in creating small automation tools or applications for workflow improvement

Maintain accurate data and system updates

Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

Experience in CRM tools (Zoho preferred)

Basic understanding of automation, workflows, or app development

Technical background preferred

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong coordination and communication skills
