Teacher Trainer

At Synton Academy, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality education and skill development for school students. We are looking for an energetic, versatile, and experienced Teacher Trainer & Academic Educator who can manage subject academics for Classes 1 to 10 across all major boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IGCSE) while also leading Spoken English & Communication workshops.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Teaching & Subject Delivery (Classes 1st to 10th)

Deliver engaging, clear, and interactive lessons covering core subjects (Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages) for Primary and Secondary classes.

Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to multiple educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Board).

Simplify complex concepts, conduct regular doubt-solving sessions, and create topic assessments to track student progress.

2. Spoken English & Soft Skills Training:

Conduct communicative English, public speaking, and personality development sessions for students.

Help students overcome hesitation, improve pronunciation, expand vocabulary, and master correct grammar usage in everyday conversation.

Conduct interactive activities such as debate, storytelling, role-playing, and group discussions.

3. Teacher Training & Mentorship (For Senior / Full-Time Applicants)

Train, mentor, and evaluate junior tutors and assistant teachers on modern classroom management, lesson planning, and digital teaching tools.

Conduct periodic academic audits, lesson observations, and feedback sessions to maintain consistent educational quality across batches.

Help design structured curriculum workflows, activity sheets, and teaching aids.
