Job Description

  • 1. Material Receiving & Inward OperationsReceive raw materials, electronic components (SMD, TH, ICs, passive components), PCBs, enclosures, and hardware from vendors.
  • Verify incoming shipments against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and vendor invoices.
  • Perform preliminary visual checks for packaging integrity and coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) for incoming material inspection.
  • 2. Inventory Management & Material HandlingMaintain accurate real-time inventory records using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or Oracle).
  • Ensure proper storage of sensitive components adhering to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety and MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) protocols.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts (weekly/monthly/annual) and reconcile discrepancies with ERP records.
  • Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) material flow.
  • 3. Production Support & KittingPrepare material kits (BOM/Bill of Materials kitting) based on production plans and issue them to the SMT and assembly lines on time.
  • Track material issuance, return of unconsumed items, and line rejects/scraps.
  • 4. Outward & Finished Goods LogisticsStore finished electronic units safely in designated FG areas.
  • Pack, label, and prepare dispatch documentation (Invoices, E-Way bills, Packing Lists) for outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely pickups and safe deliveries.
  • 5. Safety & ComplianceMaintain 5S standards across all store areas (receiving, raw material, FG, and scrap zones).
  • Ensure compliance with factory safety norms and proper handling of hazardous material (solvents, flux, lithium batteries, etc.).
