Store Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inward and outward movement of materials and finished goods

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials

Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in ERP/Excel

Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials

Prepare and coordinate dispatch schedules as per customer requirements

Generate dispatch documents such as Delivery Challan, Invoice, E-way Bill, and packing list

Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely delivery

Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase department for replenishment

Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits

Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable

Handle material loading and unloading activities safely

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Accounts departments

Track dispatch status and update customers/internal teams accordingly
