Social Media Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage a daily content calendar (posts, reels, graphics, testimonials) across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook — for both brands: Franz & Filo Bakers and Azubiba
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads for both businesses
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to speed up content drafting, campaign ideas, and captions
• Respond to inbound DMs and comments, and perform initial lead qualification before handing off to the relevant Sales Executive
• Coordinate closely with both B2B Sales Executives (Bakery and German Pathway) to align content and campaigns with their target accounts and audiences
• Maintain and update the Google Business Profile and website/landing page content where applicable
• Accurately log leads and their source in the company CRM (Odoo)
• Track and report weekly on reach, leads generated, and cost per lead — for each brand separately
• Support recruitment marketing with graphics/posts for open job positions
• Localize key content into Hindi/Marathi where useful
• Occasionally visit the bakery/office in person for authentic photo and video content
