Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Router Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of CNC Wood Router Machines at customer locations.

The candidate should have good hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, CNC control systems, spindle, stepper/servo motors, sensors, VFD and machine software

Basic knowledge of CNC Router machines.

Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Spindle, VFD, Stepper Motor / Servo Motor and Drivers.

Knowledge of sensors, proximity switches and limit switches.

Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams.

Basic knowledge of CNC controllers and machine parameters.

Basic knowledge of CNC software and G-code.

Knowledge of machine alignment and calibration.

Ability to use basic measuring and hand tools.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
