Senior Manager – Motor Insurance

Job Role

Drive Motor Insurance business through direct sourcing, dealers, advisors, bankers, channel partners, and customer referrals, with focus on policy issuance, renewals, and business growth.

 Key Responsibilities

* Generate and convert Motor Insurance leads for new and renewal business.

* Develop and manage relationships with vehicle dealers, advisors, bankers, channel partners, and customers.

* Coordinate with bankers, insurers, underwriting, operations, and claims teams for smooth policy processing.

* Prepare and compare quotations, premiums, and suitable coverage/add-on options.

* Manage the process from lead generation, quotation, proposal, documentation to policy issuance and renewal.

* Develop and activate new dealer, advisor, and channel-partner networks.

* Monitor renewals, pending cases, pipeline, and maintain accurate MIS.

 Performance Criteria

* Achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.

* Consistent target achievement, premium generation, and revenue contribution.

* New business and renewal conversion performance.

* New dealer, advisor, and channel-partner acquisition and activation.

* Policy retention, documentation accuracy, case quality, and TAT.

* Timely MIS reporting and effective pipeline management.
