Job Description
Job Role
Drive Life Insurance business through direct sourcing, advisors, channel partners, referrals, and customer relationships while ensuring quality business and policy conversion.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert Life Insurance leads across relevant product categories.
* Develop and manage relationships with customers, advisors, channel partners, and bankers.
* Coordinate with bankers, insurance companies, underwriting, and operations teams for smooth policy processing.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Life Insurance solutions based on requirements.
* Manage the complete process from lead generation, proposal, documentation, underwriting to policy issuance.
* Develop and activate new advisor and channel-partner networks.
* Monitor pipeline, renewals, pending cases, and maintain accurate MIS.
Performance Criteria
* Achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.
* Consistent target achievement, premium generation, and revenue contribution.
* Lead-to-proposal and proposal-to-policy conversion.
* New advisor/channel-partner acquisition and activation.
* Business quality, persistency, documentation accuracy, and turnaround time.
* Timely MIS reporting and effective pipeline management.
