Job Description

·        Managing e-invoicing processes

·        Verifying and reconciling balance payments

·        Checking and approving various bills including truck maintenance, admin expenses, car hire, and insurance policies

·        Checking staff salaries, PF, ESIC and PT contributions

·        Checking all bank transactions, advance sheets, receipts, and bank reconciliations

·        Checking Reconciling debtors and creditors ledgers

·        Checking credit card and fuel statements

·        Handling GST filings

·        Addressing audit queries and facilitating audits

·        Preparing advance tax calculations, TDS, AIS reports

·        Projecting and preparing balance sheets

·        Interacting with vendors, field staff regarding expenses and consultants

Filing income tax returns and managing accounting
