Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with strong technical expertise, managing complex projects while mentoring junior team members and ensuring alignment with client requirements, codes, and industry best practices.

  • Lead the development of design concepts, architectural drawings, and project documentation.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial client briefing to design delivery and construction supervision.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct design reviews, provide technical guidance, and resolve design and site challenges.
  • Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and design trends to bring innovation to projects.
