Offered Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our professional team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of core accounting and tax compliance experience—preferably within a CA firm environment. You will play a key role in managing client portfolios, handling statutory tax compliance, assisting in audits, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting: Manage end-to-end accounting, ledger scrutinies,Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), and monthly/annual closing.

Taxation & Compliance: File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation), TDS returns, and assist with Income Tax Returns (ITR).

Audit Support: Prepare schedules, working papers, and supporting documents for Statutory, Tax, and Internal Audits.

AP / AR Management: Track and reconcile vendor payments (AP) and client receivables (AR).

Client & Team Coordination: Coordinate directly with clients for data collection and mentor/guide junior trainees.

Taxation Portals: Practical working knowledge of managing and operating official taxation portals for data submission and tax compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA completed.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of hands-on experience in core accounting and taxation.

Accounting Software: Advanced knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.

Taxation Portals: Working knowledge of the official GST Portal, Income Tax Portal, and TDS utilities.

Spreadsheet Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) & Google Sheets.
