Senior Accountant

A Real Estate Accountant is responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of real estate properties, developments, and investments. They track rental income, property expenses, accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements, reconcile bank accounts, monitor budgets, calculate taxes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role involves supporting property managers and stakeholders with accurate financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning to help maximize property profitability and operational efficiency.
