Job Description

Job Title: Sales officer (Telecaller)


Job Summary

Handle outbound calls to potential customers for personal loans. Explain loan features, check

eligibility, and convert leads into loan applications for all our partner banks and NBFC’s.


Key Responsibilities-

 Customer Outreach: Call leads from company database to pitch personal loan

products.

 Product Explanation: Clearly communicate loan amount ₹1Lakh – ₹1Cr, interest rates

starting 9.99% p.a., tenure 12–96 months, processing fees, and EMI details.

 Eligibility Check: Verify customer profile - salary, CIBIL score, age, employment

type, existing EMIs.

 Documentation: Guide customers on KYC, salary slips, bank statements, and other

docs required.

 Application Login: Fill customer details in CRM/DMS and push files to credit

manager.

 Follow-up: Coordinate with customers until disbursement and resolve queries on

status.

 Target & Compliance: Achieve monthly disbursal targets. Follow RBI & company

call scripts, no Mis-selling.

 Aggressive Lead Calling: Make 120–150 outbound calls/day from fresh & old

databases to pitch personal loans.

 Strong Follow-up Management:

- Maintain daily follow-up sheet for hot/warm leads.

- Call every interested customer 3–4 times until login or final rejection.

- Send docs checklist on WhatsApp immediately after call and follow up every 2 hours.

- Reconnect with old drops/pending cases weekly to reinitiate.

* Conversion Focus: Convert max call-backs into applications. Handle objections on CIBIL, ROI,

tenure, FOIR.


Process Handling: Push files same-day, coordinate with credit manager for quick approvals,

update customer till disbursal.

 Pipeline Hygiene: Update CRM with correct disposition codes, set next follow-up date, no

lead should age >48hrs

 Target Commitment: Min 8–10 logins/week & 15L–25L disbursal/month through consistent

follow-ups.

 Dedupe & Hygiene: Avoid calling DND numbers, maintain proper call disposition in

software.



Requirements-

 Education: 12th Pass minimum; Graduate preferred.

 Experience: 6 months+ in any field. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

 Languages: Fluent Hindi + local language. Basic English for documentation.

 Skills: Convincing skills, objection handling, basic english with little bit computer knowledge.

 Traits: Target-driven, patient, clear voice, willing to work 6 days


Salary Structure-

Fixed Pay: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000/month based on experience.

Unlimited Incentives: ₹200 – ₹500 per lakh disbursed. (No capping for Incentives)

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Location: Branch/office based in Pune.
