Job Description
JFS Realty is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives with experience in real estate as channel partner firm sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sources.
Connect with potential clients and arrange client meetings and site visits.
Present real estate projects and explain property details.
Arrange and conduct property site visits.
Negotiate deals and close sales.
Maintain strong client relationships and follow up with prospective buyers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
1–10 years of experience in real estate sales.(Channel Partner experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Good presentation skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
