Job Description – Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Position: Sales Manager

Experience: 6 Months – 4 Years

About the Role

Alpha Homes is looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Manager to drive residential real estate sales, manage client relationships, conduct site visits, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct site visits and property presentations.

Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and CRM teams.

Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.

Assist customers with loan eligibility and basic home financing guidance.

Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Stay updated on market trends, projects, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Customer-centric approach.

Basic knowledge of home loans and real estate sales processes.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is preferred.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 6 Months to 4 Years in Real Estate Sales, Insurance, Banking, Automobile Sales, or Direct Sales.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also be considered.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: As per industry standards
