Job Description

Rubber Testing Executive

We are looking for a Rubber Testing Executive to support rubber testing, compound development, production planning, and quality activities across the KDJ Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct raw material and rubber compound testing as per Quality Plans.
  • Coordinate rubber compound requirements and mixing plans with Production.
  • Analyse rejection, rework, kneader and mixing mill reports.
  • Manage rubber and rubber chemical inventory and procurement coordination.
  • Support new compound development and optimization of cost and properties.
  • Maintain MIS for testing, inventory, compound development and rejection analysis.
  • Follow ISO, 5S and quality systems.
  • Participate in job rotation across Production, Planning and QA functions.

Qualification: B. Sc. / M. Sc Chemistry or equivalent 

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Scope: Responsibilities may extend across all companies of the KDJ Group.
