• Relationship Manager

• Explain the customers about the products, Properties, its features and benefits.

•  Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

• Coordinate and participate in client visits to properties, providing expert guidance and advice on property features, pricing, and market trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and exceptional service experience.

•  Arrange and conduct client meetings to discuss property options, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

•  Effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties and services, addressing any client concerns or objections to facilitate successful transactions.

• Identifying opportunities for greater profits.

• Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the company

• Attending clients at site and Converting leads into prospects to

generate revenue for the company.

Delivering and sustaining revenue and profit gains within highly competitive Real Estate market.
