Purchase Assistant

Required Skills:

Negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems

Key Responsibilities:

Procure raw materials, consumables, tools, machinery, and other required items as per company requirements

Collect quotations from suppliers and perform price comparison analysis

Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO)

Negotiate pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
