Job Description

  • Position: Jr. Centre Monitoring Executive
  • Function: Monitoring
  • Department: E-Surveillance
  • Education: 12th / Undergraduate
  • Experience: 0–6 months; Freshers can apply
  • Shift: Rotational shifts
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Week Off: Any day of the week, including weekends
  • Role: Alert-based monitoring, video monitoring and retail process monitoring
  • Key Responsibilities:24/7 visual video monitoring
  • Monitor ATM machines, branches and retail processes
  • Detect and deter attempted incidents/crime
  • Ensure 100% schedule adherence
  • Avoid monitoring miss-outs
  • Escalate incidents as per SLA
