Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through calls, referrals, and other lead sources.
- Explain the features, benefits, and coverage of insurance products.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate and convert leads into successful policy sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers with policy documentation, application, and renewal processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely policy issuance and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
