Job Title - Sales Lead

Department - Sales

Reports To - Assistant Manager

Team Size - 4 Members (Sales Consultants )

Location - Pune

Employment Type - Full-Time, Permanent


POSITION SUMMARY

The Assistant Team Lead – Sales is a first-level leadership role responsible for managing a compact team of 4 Sales Counselors/Executives. The incumbent will drive lead closures through personal selling while ensuring the team meets its collective targets. The role requires strong hands-on involvement in client counseling, data audits, and day-to-day team supervision under the guidance of the Assistant Manager / Branch Manager.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Closure & Revenue Generation

•       Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead assignment to closure, maintaining high conversion ratios.

•       Conduct structured and timely follow-ups on all assigned leads (walk-ins, tele-inquiries, digital leads).

•       Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across immigration, visa, and allied service lines.

•       Consistently achieve individual monthly and quarterly revenue targets as assigned.

•       Assist team members in closing complex or high-value leads through joint counseling sessions.


Team Management (Team of 4)

•       Supervise and guide a team of 4 Sales Counselors/Executives on daily activities, lead follow-ups, and closures.

•       Conduct daily morning huddles and end-of-day reviews to track team progress against targets.

•       Provide on-the-job coaching, call/pitch feedback, and role-play sessions to improve team performance.

•       Monitor individual team member KPIs including lead conversion rate, follow-up adherence, and revenue contribution.

•       Escalate performance concerns and training needs to the Assistant Manager / Branch Manager proactively.


Data Audits & CRM Hygiene

•       Conduct daily audits of CRM entries for the team of 4 to ensure accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and pipeline updates.

•       Identify and rectify data discrepancies in lead allocation, conversion tracking, and revenue attribution.

•       Ensure 100% CRM compliance across the team and report deviations to the Assistant Manager.

•       Prepare and submit daily/weekly team performance trackers and MIS data as required.

Self & Team Target Achievement

•       Own and deliver individual sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

•       Drive the team of 4 towards collective revenue goals and ensure fair target distribution.

•       Track daily/weekly progress against targets and flag shortfalls early with corrective action plans.

•       Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns at the team level.


Client Counseling & Relationship Management

•       Provide expert counseling to prospective clients on immigration pathways, visa categories, and eligibility criteria.

•       Conduct profile assessments and recommend the most suitable services based on client aspirations and eligibility.

•       Handle client queries and first-level escalations, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

•       Build client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

•       Stay updated on immigration policies, country-specific regulations, and process changes to deliver accurate advice.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
