Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesSource and identify qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for specific job roles.
- Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers or clients.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Update and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets within assigned timelines.
- RequirementsProven experience in recruitment, preferably freelance or remote hiring.
- Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Must have a stable internet connection and work-from-home setup.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Good understanding of recruitment practices and job market trends.
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate management.
- Successful track record of hiring across multiple industries and job roles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms.
- Strong ethical approach and commitment to fair hiring practices.
