Roles & Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records

Follow up with candidates regarding assignments, offers, and joining formalities

Coordinate onboarding and documentation processes

Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Preferred Candidate Profile

1 year to 2 year of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Experience in administration work will be an added advantage
