📢 Hiring: Senior HR Manager (Construction Industry)📍 Location: Lullanagar, Pune

💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 (based on experience)

🔍 Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior HR professional who can build, streamline, and strengthen HR systems within our construction company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying hiring gaps, setting up structured processes, and managing end-to-end HR operations.

• 🧩 Key Responsibilities:Identify gaps in hiring & workforce planning and implement solutions
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, especially for construction roles
• Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and processes
• Create and manage SOPs, SOWs, KPIs, and KRAs for all departments
• Design and execute employee performance review systems
• Ensure statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.)
• Oversee daily HR operations (attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement)
• Build a structured and scalable work culture
• ✅ Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction/real estate/infrastructure
• Strong understanding of labour laws & HR compliances
• Proven experience in process building & HR system setup
• Ability to drive organizational structure and accountability
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
