Hardware & Network Engineer

The training period will be conducted in Mumbai Location for the first 3 months, and thereafter the working location will be Chakan Pune

We are looking for a skilled Computer Hardware Engineer responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, laptops, desktops, printers, and related IT equipment. The candidate should have good knowledge of hardware diagnostics, operating systems, networking basics, and customer support.Assemble and upgrade computer systems Perform preventive maintenance and hardware testing Configure printers, scanners, and other IT devices Support users for hardware and basic networking issues Install antivirus and maintain system security updates Handle data backup and system formatting when required Coordinate with vendors for warranty and replacement parts Maintain service reports and inventory records Required Skills Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting Experience with Windows installation and configuration Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi/IP configuration) Knowledge of BIOS, drivers, and system diagnostics Ability to troubleshoot printers and peripherals Good communication and customer handling skills Ability to work independently and onsite support capability Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and structured cabling.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware/network-related issues.Provide technical support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues. Assist in hardware upgrades, system maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities.Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN connectivity.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware replacement and AMC support.Maintain documentation related to network configurations, inventory, and issue logs. Ensure network security and compliance with organizational IT policies.Support server room operations and basic server/network rack management.Respond to technical issues within defined SLA timelines.
