Job SummaryEdigital Knowledge & Growth Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Trainer who can produce high-quality designs for clients and confidently train students in graphic design. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of design software, AI-powered tools, branding, and social media content creation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic DesigningCreate engaging social media posts, carousel designs, advertisements, banners, thumbnails, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative designs according to client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Work on logo design, branding, visual identity, and promotional campaigns.
• Create basic 3D designs and visual elements using Blender.
• Coordinate with the social media, video editing, content, and client coordination teams.
• Complete assigned projects within deadlines.
• Make necessary changes based on internal and client feedback.
• Maintain properly organised project files and folders.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative techniques.
• Training ResponsibilitiesConduct practical graphic design training sessions for students.
• Teach Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Blender, and other relevant design software.
• Prepare course materials, assignments, practical exercises, and student projects.
• Explain design concepts such as colour theory, typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
• Guide students in portfolio development and real-world projects.
• Monitor student performance, attendance, assignments, and learning progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and help students improve their skills.
• Support the management of training batches and academic activities.
• Prepare students for interviews, internships, and job opportunities.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Advanced knowledge of Canva
• Working knowledge of Blender and 3D designing
• Familiarity with other relevant graphic design software
• Familiarity with AI tools for image generation, design, content creation, and workflow automation
• Good understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and composition
• Experience in social media and digital advertising creatives
• Good communication, presentation, and teaching skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Experience and QualificationsMinimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic designing
• Previous teaching or training experience will be preferred
• Diploma, degree, or certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field will be an advantage
• A strong and updated design portfolio is mandatory
