Job Description - ITI + NCTVT Mechanical Fitter

Location: ARAI MRC Takwe 

Department: Infrastructure Development 

Positions: 01

Job Purpose 

Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Mechanical infrastructure such as Air compressor, Rotating equipments, HVAC system and piping work etc.

Key Responsibilities 

·      Hands on experience of Operation & maintenance of Mechanical systems Like, AHU, all types of pumps, Cooling towers, Air Compressors, Exhaust blowers, piping and firefighting equipment etc.

·      Should have skill of repairing and servicing of machine assembly.

·      Preventive maintenance of all mechanical utilities.

·      Should have hands on experience of welding.

·      He should flexible for working time.

·      Able to understand the snag points in running projects.

·      Updating of daily log sheet and breakdown reports.

·      Deep knowledge and skill of assembly of bearings, gearbox, pumps, hydraulic and lubricating seals, pneumatic valves, alignment of couplings etc.

Qualifications 

ITI in Mechanical Fitter Trade (Mandatory). 

NCTVT (Mandatory). 

Experience 

Minimum 5-7 years

Skills Required 

· Strong knowledge of welding, piping, machine assembly.

· Ability to read and interpret Mechanical drawings and schematics.

· Knowledge of testing instruments such as Anemometer, Torque wrench, Shaft alignment laser tool, Multi-meter and clamp meters, etc.

Age Criteria 

25 to 35 years
