Digital Marketing Specialist

• Position: Digital Marketing Executive / ManagerRoles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
• Create and manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Design engaging graphics, banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos, reels, and promotional content for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and audience engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and brand-building initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency in Video Editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Experience in Graphic Designing using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, including On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Keyword Research.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
• Excellent content creation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the Education or IT Training Industry will be an added advantage.
