Digital Marketing Executive + Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects

Run and optimize Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads for lead generation

Create property promotions, reels, and digital creatives

Design basic graphics for ads, social media posts, brochures, and banners (using Canva / Photoshop)

Handle website updates and property listing portals

Generate and manage leads through landing pages and CRM

Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns

Improve brand visibility and project reach

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Real Estate preferred)

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads

Basic graphic designing skills (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator)

Lead generation and conversion knowledge

Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of local market targeting is an advantage
