Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media executive who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, reporting, and team management within an advertising agency environment.

This role requires someone who can strategically manage campaigns, guide the team, interact with clients, and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and ensure campaigns meet client objectives.

Coordination

• Provide guidance and technical support to team members to solve campaign-related issues.
• Client CommunicationParticipate in client meetings and strategy discussions when required.
• Provide clear insights and campaign updates to clients.

Reporting & Analysis

• Guide the team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and presented in a structured manner.

Task & Workflow

• ManagementOrganize team tasks and ensure timely completion of campaign activities and deliverables.
• Maintain clear task tracking, deadlines, and accountability within the team.
