Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

•Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.

•Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide detailed information to clients.

•Generate leads and maintain a proper follow-up system.

•Record client information, maintain call logs, and update the CRM/database regularly.

•Coordinate with the Business Development team for client meetings and closures.

•Maintain professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner.

Skills & Competencies:

•Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

•Confident, customer-friendly approach.

•Good listening and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

•Advance computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
