Job Description
Machine Setup & Operation: Safely set up, operate, and monitor CNC/VMC machines for production runs.
Program Execution: Load pre-written programs, make basic edits (G-code/M-code), and verify toolpaths for accuracy.
Tooling & Offsets: Select, measure, and install cutting tools; adjust feed rates, speeds, and tool/work offsets to maintain part tolerances.
Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges) to ensure they meet blueprint specifications.
