Cluster Business Head
5 positions : Pune , Nasik, Jaipur and 2 more
ROLE
Will manage 5 branches, each branch will have 7 RMs and one BM. 5 branches would be managed by one Cluster Business Head. 5 CBH would report to State Head
PRODUCT
LAP of ticket size 5 lacs to 25 lacs
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Working in peer group already shared
Experience in Affordable Housing Loans or LAP ( less than 40 lacs loan size)
Preferred age: 30 to 38
Experience of : 7 to 15 yrs
CTC : 12 lacs to 18 lacs per annum
Experience of handing Team of at least 10 people
