We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Head to lead our project execution teams and drive operational excellence across multiple projects.

Experience

·        12–18 years in industrial construction or infrastructure projects.

·        Minimum 5 years in a senior Operations, Project Management, or Leadership role.

·        Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

 Qualification

·        Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

·        Master's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA will be an added advantage.

 Job Summary

The Operations Head will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of multiple industrial construction projects across various locations. The role involves strategic planning, project execution, resource optimization, cost control, quality assurance, safety compliance, client relationship management, and overall operational performance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and decision-making abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations and company quality standards.

 Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and manage multiple industrial construction projects simultaneously.

·        Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans.

·        Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

·        Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

·        Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, vendors, and subcontractors.

·        Lead and mentor Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Safety Officers, and Project Coordinators.

·        Monitor project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and profitability.

·        Conduct project review meetings and provide regular MIS reports to management.

·        Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

·        Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

·        Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues during project execution.

·        Coordinate closely with Procurement, Contracts, Accounts, HR, and Management for smooth project delivery.

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

·        Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous process improvement.

·        Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems is preferred.
