• Kitchen OperationsPrepare daily mise en place (vegetable cutting, marination, sauces).
• Operate wok burners efficiently.
• Follow standard recipes and portion sizes.
• Monitor food quality before serving.
• Hygiene & SafetyMaintain cleanliness of the cooking station.
• Follow FSSAI food safety and hygiene standards.
• Store ingredients properly using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Minimize food wastage.
• InventoryCheck daily stock of vegetables, sauces, spices, and meat.
• Inform the kitchen manager about low stock.
• Ensure proper storage of perishable items.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years experience in an Indo-Chinese kitchen.
• Expertise in wok cooking and high-flame cooking.
• Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Chinese dishes.
• Fast, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of food costing and portion control.
• Experience in cloud kitchens or high-volume takeaway kitchens.
• Ability to train junior staff.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Salary₹18,000–₹28,000/month (depending on experience and skills)
