We are urgently hiring for Business Development Manager


Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and expand our presence in the architecture, interior, and real estate industry.


Key Responsibilities

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.

·        Generate leads and convert them into long-term projects and client relationships.

·        Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present our services.

·        Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations in coordination with the design team.

·        Follow up on leads, pitches, and ensure timely closure of projects.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and partners.

·        Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and networking meets.

·        Work with the marketing team to execute business strategies and campaigns.

·        Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

·        Provide market feedback and competitor insights to support business growth.
