• Job Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial construction sector.
• Generate leads and acquire new clients for industrial construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and industrial companies.
• Visit industrial areas, factories and potential client locations to generate business.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Coordinate with the estimation, technical and project teams for client requirements.
• Follow up with prospective clients for enquiries, negotiations and order closures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming industrial projects.
• Achieve monthly and yearly business development targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in industrial construction, civil construction or infrastructure.
• Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.
• Ability to develop professional networks and independently generate business.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Preferred Candidate:Experience in handling industrial clients, factories, manufacturing units and corporate projects.
• Existing contacts with industrial clients, consultants and contractors will be an added advantage.
