Job Description
- Strategic Partnerships & B2B ExpansionEstablish and secure strategic partnerships with hotels, resorts, tour operators, concierge services, and local attractions to drive guest referrals and rental packages.
- Develop B2B rental programs, such as corporate wellness initiatives, campus fleet leases, and long-term commuter rental options.
- Partner with event organizers, festivals, and municipal groups to manage pop-up bike hubs, event mobility solutions, and seasonal activations.
- Revenue Generation & StrategyDefine and execute proactive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual growth targets.
- Structure pricing models, group rates, seasonal promotions, and custom commission structures for partner channels.
- Identify underexplored customer segments and negotiate high-value corporate or bulk rental contracts.
- Market Research & Hub ExpansionAnalyze market trends, local tourist flow, and competitor positioning to identify viable new rental hub locations or drop-off stations.
- Secure necessary permits, vendor agreements, and location partnerships to expand physical operational footprints.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outbound sales efforts with targeted local digital campaigns and tourist outreach.
- Account & Stakeholder ManagementMaintain long-term relationships with existing enterprise partners, ensuring high satisfaction, renewal rates, and expansion of shared offerings.
- Act as the primary point of contact during contract negotiations, proposal presentations, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Work closely with the Bike Fleet Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure fleet availability matches upcoming partnership demands and large group bookings.
