Job Description
- Generate and qualify leads through company-generated leads, referrals, and self-sourcing.
- Contact prospective customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Schedule and conduct project presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects until closure and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and industry developments.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.
