💼 Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with site engineer & Consultant for project completion as per schedule & budget.

Visit site to check work progress.

Assist in preparing detailed estimates/ budgets for projects (Rate analysis).

Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates.

Develop and verify Material take offs, equipment and bulk quantities against construction drawings, specifications.

Float inquiries/indent to contractor/subcontractor and vendors & follow ups for the same.

Review supplier / contractors Proposals (RFPs) & supplier selection.

Check & process subcontractor bills as per measurement / site work done.

Prepare monthly reconciliation statement of construction material at site.

Preparing monthly cash flow for the project.

2.The role involves tasks related to monthly client and sub contactor billing, estimating cost & BOQ, extra items claims & settlements.

Proficiency in excel and estimation tools

3.We are hiring for Billing & Estimation Eng for Real Estate for Pune Responsible for DPR, BOQ, RA/PV billing, budgeting and cost control. Manages reconciliations, contractor bills, cost analysis using ERP, Excel & AutoCAD

4.Study and analyze architectural and interior drawings, specifications, & tender documents.

Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) & cost estimates for residential, commercial, & retail interior

projects

Take off quantities from drawings & prepare

Required Candidate profile Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, finishes, market rates

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD.

Good knowledge of local vendors, pricing, & negotiation skills

Ability to read & interpret.

5.Assist in RA bills, site measurements, BOQ prep, invoice checks. Skilled in Excel, AutoCAD, billing tools. Ensure accurate billing, track progress, maintain records, follow standards, and coordinate with teams for timely documentation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience billing and estimation or related field

• Knowledge Boq Preparation,Tender Estimation,Estimation Engineering,Tender Evaluation,Billing Engineering

Tender Documentation, Cost Estimation, Bid Evaluation, Tender Preparation

Excel, AutoCAD & Billing tools

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
