Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates and BOQs.
- Handle client and subcontractor billing.
- Prepare RA Bills and final bills.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Prepare tender documents and cost proposals.
- Perform rate analysis and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams.
- Prepare invoices and maintain billing documentation.
- Monitor project costs and handle change orders.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and compliance with contract terms.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in Billing & Estimation.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, RA Billing, and Tendering.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
