Job Description
· To register new patient with accurate information and zero errors of gender, typing etc.
· To collect appropriate charges of new as well as follow up patient and generating various memos e.g. credit, cash, free etc.
· To generate bill of various procedure slips through online services system of all departments for tests and investigation accurately.
· To handle cash, credit card slips, cheques efficiently and accurately and immediately communicate the deviations to senior.
· To do counter management.
· To take regular follow up of deposits and do proper filing with remarks, signature etc.
