Job Description

  • Telecaller – Loan Sales: Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI, and eligibility.
  • Understand customer requirements and generate leads.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Collect required documents and customer details.
  • Coordinate with the sales/credit team for loan processing.
  • Maintain call and lead records in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Ensure proper compliance with company policies.
