Back Office Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive for our Accounts Department. The candidate should have an accounts background, basic accounting knowledge, good English communication skills, and proficiency in data entry and maintaining records.

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerform daily data entry and maintain accounts-related records.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and reports.
• Verify invoices, bills, payment details, and other financial documents.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and expenses.
• Assist the accounts team with daily accounting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collecting and verifying data.
• Handle emails and communicate professionally in English.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial documentation.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
• Good typing speed and data entry skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounts, back office, or data entry is preferred. Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply.
