Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Back office executive to support our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer interactions, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate sales team activities by managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and communicating relevant information. • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely delivery. • Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when required. • Inform clients about any unforeseen delays, issues, or changes related to orders and services. • Maintain and organize customer and sales-related records. • Update and manage internal databases with accurate customer and sales information. • Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and company offerings. • Understand customer requirements and assist the sales team in converting leads into sales opportunities. • Monitor sales progress and prepare reports as required. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales operations. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar administrative role. • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. • Good problem-solving and customer service skills. • Experience in handling customer databases and CRM systems will be an added advantage. Educational Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Computer Applications, or a related field (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, or equivalent). • Certification in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
