Job Description

GK Infra & Developers is looking for a skilled and responsible Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, drawings, client requirements and coordination with the site and execution team. This role is purely for construction-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare 2D plans, working drawings and architectural drawings for residential & commercial projects.

Understand client requirements and prepare layout and design.

Work on AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit or relevant software.

Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings.

Take site measurements and understand existing site conditions.

Coordinate with the Structural Engineer, Site Engineer, Contractor and Client.

Support in municipal / approval related drawings and documentation.

Understand BOQ / material requirements and provide technical information to the project execution team.

Coordinate and inspect site work to ensure it is being executed as per drawings.

Incorporate drawing revisions and client changes on time.

Maintain project documentation and drawing records properly.

Required Skills

AutoCAD – Must

SketchUp / Revit – Added Advantage

2D & 3D architectural design knowledge

Working drawing knowledge

Site execution knowledge

BOQ and Estimation – Must

Electrical Drawing

Plumbing Drawing

Basic knowledge of building bye-laws / approvals

Good communication & coordination skills

Qualification

B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Relevant Qualification

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Construction / Redevelopment projects preferred.

Should be willing to work both at site and office.

Should have the ability to take independent responsibility and work.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (experience & skills based)
