Job Description
The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company financial requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries including cash, bank, and journal entries
- Record and verify sales, purchase, and expense invoices
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable; follow up with vendors and customers
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns
- Support in preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Maintain proper documentation for audits (internal and statutory)
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting of financial data
