Accountant

The Account executive will manage day-to-day accounting, billing, administrative coordination, and support operations of the pest control company. The role ensures proper financial records, timely invoicing of services, vendor payments, and smooth office operations

1. Accounts & Finance• Maintain daily accounts in Tally / accounting software

• Generate customer invoices for pest control services (one-time jobs & AMCs)

• Track accounts receivable and follow up for payments

• Record daily expenses and purchase entries

• Maintain petty cash and expense vouchers

• Vendor bill verification and payment processing

• Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance

• Assist with GST filing and tax documentation

• Maintain records of chemical purchases and inventory value

2. Billing & Service Coordination• Prepare quotations for pest control services

• Convert quotations into job cards and invoices

• Maintain records of AMC contracts and renewal reminders

• Generate monthly service reports and billing reports

• Maintain customer database

Skills Required• Basic accounting knowledge

• Experience with Tally / Excel / billing software

• Strong Excel skills (invoices, reports, tracking)

• Good communication with customers

• Organized documentation and record keeping

• Ability to handle multiple tasks
